The Venue

The event will be taking place at The Javen Venue in Pantego, Texas (a small town located basically in the center of Arlington). It is a spacious venue with a front room, two dressing rooms, two bathrooms and lots of helpful places nearby including: Dollar General and McDonald's in the same parking lot and a Walmart just across the street.

The main room faces out into a parking lot and so this means that if anyone, at any time, needs to exit the event for a breath of fresh air they are welcome to at anytime.
